The rooms were very spacious, minimal and extra clean. A serene place with very good breakfast and extremely helpful staff. We visited this place with a large group of friends in order to attend a baptism on the actual hotel. Therefore we had company and we had a great time. If that wasn't the case, the hotel is extremely quiet and mainly oriented for people who play Golf. The interiors are also very American Golf Style.

The location is amazing, with its beautiful mountains and sea view. Sitting by the pool or at the outdoors dining area, surrounded by that scenery, was for me the definition of a relaxing vacation. As for the rooms, they were very spacious with big bathrooms that felt very luxurious. But above all else, what I liked most about this hotel was the staff. My fiancée and I had a problem with the car and the rental company during our stay, which would’ve definitely ruined our trip had we stayed somewhere else. But the staff was very kind and helpful, especially Anna, Maria and Veronica. They were empathetic and very kind, and helped sort things out with the rental company, while reassuring us that everything will be all right. They put us at ease when we needed it most, and after it all got sorted out, they gave us some great information on some scenic road trips and beautiful beaches that really made this a perfect and memorable vacation.

Stunning location with aquapark a short walk. Gorgeous infinity pool. Great service from friendly staff.

Everything was perfect. Me and the family felt so good and welcome. Fantastic hotel, facility, and staff. I could not ask for more. Thank you guys for giving us such a warm feeling of Crete. The food is amazing. We did not go out. we took all our dinners in the hotel and we enjoyed it very much

The rooms were exceptional, very spacious. We stayed here to play golf and it was a good course. We enjoyed the restaurant, pool and gym. You do need a car to get to see other things aside from golf.

The staff were fantastic, the rooms large and spacious, and the location and environs beautiful. However the most impressive thing was that everyone went out of their way to accommodate us. The GM Nicolas arranged the most amazing dinner for us at short notice on our last night complete with Cretan local delicacies and all completely consistent with our dietary requirements. How they did this I don’t know, but I’ve never stayed anywhere where they go to such lengths to accommodate their customers. Truly memorable. Please try and see for yourself
